Seems like I have not updated this blog for a couple of looong weeks 🙂 But I am already making up for it, so here is a sweet little gingerbread man for Christmas gifs and decorations.
Making gingerbread cookies for Christmas is one of my personal traditions, and the smell of gingerbread dough is one of my favourite Christmas memories 🙂

Just a very simple pattern that was intended to, but did not fit in last week’s Jiji pattern. It’s so simple, that I decided not to make a usual zip-archive with different kinds of charts, but to put all information into one image 🙂

It’s probably because of the heat wave we’re having, that I started making Christmas patterns 🙂 Pure logic! Anyway, this angel pattern is not only very easy, but also customizable, so feel free to use different colors for it.

My first charts on the new laptop, yay! It still gives me quite a hard time to type (can’t get used to the new keyboard) and has some Win8 issues with ftp connections, but all software runs fast and smooth 🙂
So anyway, here are two new patterns: very similar, but the first one is a bit bigger than the second. Any of these patterns can be used to create a biscornu or for any other Christmas decoration.
Christmas biscornu (bigger)
Stitch count: 46w x 46h stitches, 5 colors
Merry Christmas to all my readers!
“Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.”
As I promised earlier, I am doing a series of angels patterns this winter. This one is bigger and more colorful than the previous blue angel, but is still very simple and is made with only 7 colors. I hope you’ll like it!

Stitch count: 120 x 87 stitches, 7 colors
Anyway, here is a chart for all who need an angel to help them get through the winter season 🙂 Let this nice blue angel help you with everything! I
wish to make a series of different angel charts this winter, and this will be the first of them.
Blue angel cross stitch chart
Stitch count: 95 x 66 stitches, 12 colors.
Just a simple alphabet. Every letter is decorated with back-stitched green leaves and French knot red berries. The white-green-red palette is inspired by Christmas season ornaments (just don’t ask why I make something Christmas-inspired in June!), so you can use the letters from this pattern for holiday presents or cards.
Stitch count: 50 x 60 stitches (whole design), 6 x 9 stitches (one letter); 4 colors
