Christmas is coming! But you still have time to…

… stitch one of these two little funny patterns for the programmer in your life (even if it’s yourself!).

Let it snow funny JavaScript cross stitch design

Me and my husband first visited US during the Christmas season. We rented a car and went all the way from NY via Boston and south to Key Largo. And every single day of our visit the car’s radio played the very same Christmas songs… I nearly hated them after three weeks of listening 🙂 But now these songs have a nostalgic feel.

As you can see, both designs are inspired by the famous “Let it snow” song.

One is very short and can be used to make a bookmark, while the other is longer and more elaborate.

The designs can be purchased in my Etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/listing/258543841/

Enjoy!

I’m here :)

Hey everybody, I hope you haven’t lost me. I’m here, though writing a bit less than usual. Here are some photos of what I have been up to in the last days.

Christmas ornament with a bullfinch on a branch of rowan

To be honest, this ornament is almost a month old. I made it for an ornament exchange on http://crossstitchforum.com/, but did not want to spoil the surprise until the recipient sees it. A couple of days ago it finally arrived to its destination, and I am free to post 🙂

Gingerbread man cross stitch pattern

Seems like I have not updated this blog for a couple of looong weeks 🙂 But I am already making up for it, so here is a sweet little gingerbread man for Christmas gifs and decorations.

Making gingerbread cookies for Christmas is one of my personal traditions, and the smell of gingerbread dough is one of my favourite Christmas memories 🙂

Two small Christmas biscornu patterns

My first charts on the new laptop, yay! It still gives me quite a hard time to type (can’t get used to the new keyboard) and has some Win8 issues with ftp connections, but all software runs fast and smooth 🙂

So anyway, here are two new patterns: very similar, but the first one is a bit bigger than the second. Any of these patterns can be used to create a biscornu or for any other Christmas decoration.

Christmas angel cross stitch chart

Merry Christmas to all my readers!

“Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.”

As I promised earlier, I am doing a series of angels patterns this winter. This one is bigger and more colorful than the previous blue angel, but is still very simple and is made with only 7 colors. I hope you’ll like it!
